Prefer to run your own freight? We export-clear the coffee and load it on board your nominated vessel at Mombasa. From there, freight, insurance and import are yours.

On DDP terms we deliver the container to your UK warehouse. On FOB terms the coffee is yours once it is loaded on board at Mombasa.
Frequently Asked Questions
Every lot is guaranteed against the sample or approved description. If the delivered coffee doesn't match, we remedy it. You take no quality risk.
One full container load (FCL). We no longer sell single bags or pallets. Coffee is packed in 60 kg jute bags; a 20ft container typically carries around 320 bags. See each lot in the shop.
They are Incoterms® 2020 rules. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we deliver the container to your named UK warehouse with import duty and taxes paid, ready for you to unload. FOB (Free On Board) Mombasa means we export-clear the coffee and load it on board your vessel at Mombasa, and you take over freight, insurance and import from there. Compare the two.

It depends on your terms and the shipment period agreed in your contract. On FOB terms the coffee is yours once loaded at Mombasa; on DDP terms, allow for ocean transit and UK customs clearance before delivery to your warehouse. If you need coffee sooner, ask about containers already at sea.
