Coffee Price
This is the price you pay for the coffee, displayed per/kg and calculated per bag. Volume discount applies, view this on the coffee description page.
Delivery Charges
You will need to pay the cost to deliver the goods, or pick up for free at our warehouses. use the tool below to estimate the delivery costs and find our more.
Small Order Fee
Orders of 5 bags or less are charged a fixed small order fee of £35, this charge is to cover the cost of repackaging your pallet into a smaller order.
Delivery

All orders are delivered secured on pallets, even if they are just 1 bag. Please make sure you have adequate space to accommodate pallets on delivery.
Orders placed before 11:30 am are dispatched the next day and delivery takes 1 day. Orders placed after that time frame are dispatched later. On average delivery times take 2-3 business days.
Orders are delivered any time between 9 am to 5:30 pm. Customers can book a one hour slot between 10 am to 5 pm for an additional £35. Contact your sales advisor to arrange this.
Yes! You can pick from our warehouses for free. Contact your sales representative to arrange this. Small order fee still applies if of order size is 5 bags or less.
